FEES

 

• FAA Medical Examination (Class I, II and III) with Dr. Niko Keys:    $150

• FAA STUDENT Pilot Exam with Dr. Niko Keys: $130

• Electrocardiogram (EKG):   $70 (Additional fees may apply to those pilots with complicated medical histories and those who require additional paperwork related to special issuance or other medical conditions for which the FAA requires a status report and/or test results from the pilot's treating physician for certification.)  

• Waggoner Color Vision Test:  $20

Missed AME appointments without 24-Hour notification are subject to an additional fee of $75. Payment is expected at the time of service at our Chicago, Illinois location.
