For a MedXpress Confirmation number, go here first.

Make sure you enter your FAA MedXpress confirmation number when booking your appointment.  ​You can put ‘Pending’ for the MedXpress confirmation number box in order to secure your appointment; however, you must send your confirmation number to NikoKeys@gmail.com email at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. There will be an additional $5 fee if you do not send your confirmation number 24-hours before the appointment.  The FAA Airman Medical Exam cannot be completed without a MedXpress confirmation number.    

Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash or check.  Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
